Where does the merchandise come from?
We source from over 40 trusted vendors across the country — from exclusive to-the-trade wholesalers to vintage finds from curated auctions. We even carry our very own line of Spiffy-designed and produced pieces. Our goal? To offer unique, one-of-a-kind furnishings that truly set your home apart. Because no two homes are the same — and your furniture shouldn’t be either.
How do you price merchandise?
Spiffy offers all products below retail pricing. Some pieces are brand new and fresh out of the box, while others have been gently used in staging or design projects. Items are priced based on condition — but rest assured, none have ever been lived on, only styled and moved.
Delivery and pickup?
Items purchased from our Birmingham location are available for pickup at our Birmingham warehouse. Likewise, items purchased from our Austin location will be picked up at our Austin warehouse. Need help with transport? We’re happy to provide a quote for local delivery!

What is the return policy?
